Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order contents. Needed to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for seven years to satisfy Dutch tax law.

Newsletter — your email address, and the date you subscribed. Processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.

Support correspondence — whatever you choose to tell us. Legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for two years.

Analytics — aggregated, cookie-free page statistics. Only set once you accept analytics cookies.

Who else sees it

Processors acting on our instructions only: our payment provider (Mollie B.V.), our carriers (PostNL, DHL), our email platform, and our hosting provider inside the EU. We do not sell or rent personal data. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Card details never touch our servers — they go directly to our payment provider.
