Costs and times

Netherlands & Belgium — €4.95, 1–2 working days
Rest of EU — €9.95, 2–5 working days
United Kingdom — €14.95, 3–6 working days, duties prepaid
Orders over €75 ship free to every destination above.

Made-to-order timber pieces are dispatched in 10–15 working days; the lead time is shown on the product page.

Carbon-neutral delivery

All shipments travel with a carrier offering verified offsetting, and we send in plastic-free, recyclable packaging. Our boxes are returnable — the label inside is prepaid.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This is more generous than the fourteen-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which you also keep.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We send a prepaid label for EU and UK returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of the item reaching us.

Made-to-order and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless faulty.

Faults

Everything carries a two-year conformity guarantee. If something fails in normal use we repair it, replace it, or refund it — your choice, at our cost.
