1. Who you are contracting with

PetMinimal Studio B.V., registered in Amsterdam under Chamber of Commerce number 81 447 209, VAT NL8624.19.552.B01, at Prinsengracht 812-C, 1017 JL Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock error, pricing error, or delivery outside our range — we will tell you and refund in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong we are not obliged to honour it.

4. Payment

iDEAL, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and SEPA. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If we miss an estimate by more than thirty days you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to thirty days. Made-to-order and personalised goods are excluded, as permitted by law, unless faulty.

7. Conformity

Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. Our two-year guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, text and photography on this site belong to us or our licensors.

10. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of their home country’s mandatory rules. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam. You may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform.
