We hold spares for everything we have ever sold, including discontinued pieces, for ten years after they leave the catalogue.

Timber

Dust with a dry cloth. Re-oil once a year with the hardwax oil in your care kit. Light scratches: sand with the 240-grit pad, wipe, re-oil.

Stoneware

Dishwasher safe. Avoid thermal shock — do not move a bowl straight from freezer to hot water.

Wool

Shake weekly. Machine wash at 30°C on wool cycle with a wool detergent, dry flat. Never tumble dry.

Waxed canvas

Brush off dry dirt. Sponge with cool water only — no detergent. Re-wax annually with our refresh bar.

Repairs

Email [email protected] with a photo and your order number. Spares under €15 are free within the first three years. Beyond that we charge parts and postage only.
